Does all this talk about the silent retreat, makes you curious and scared at the same time? Have you heard of one week or 10 days silent retreat, but you are not sure if you could handle it?

Meditation is the essence of Mindfulness practice, this is an excellent practice to quietly deepen the meditation and mindfulness practices.

This retreat will be held almost entirely silence, apart from teaching from the teacher. There will some mindful movements, followed by:

  • Mindful Eating
  • Loving kindness meditation
  • Mindful Walking
