Is your stress at work inevitable? Are you going through a difficult time in your life and don't know how to cope with your stress and worries?  

This program has been designed to help you navigate intense emotions, cultivate a positive state of mind,  and learn how to enjoy life in the present moment. Through effective Mindfulness techniques such as meditation and mindful eating, we’ll teach you how to understand your thoughts and manage any emotional difficulties that arise.

Join our Mindfulness Beginner's Mind program, and learn to deal more skillfully with the stress and strains of daily living.

This program is delivered by a certified teacher from the University of San Diego,  4- week, 2 hours a week.
