The MBSR program is proven to be effective in helping to treat conditions such as Anxiety, Fatigue, Chronic Pain, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Fibromyalgia, and  Sleep problems.

The 8-week program offers participants the opportunity to develop the capacity to cultivate a different relationship to stress and negative emotions.

MBSR is highly respected within the medical community. The program is a complement to traditional medical and psychological treatments, not as a replacement.
