The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program was originally developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD. It is an 8-week, evidence-based, highly experiential course that is currently offered in many hospitals, universities, and clinical settings in the United States and around the world.

The original 8- week MBSR program takes place once a week (2 hours) .   Use your own inner resources for coping, growing, healing and learn how to take better care of yourself through interplay of mind & body.
