Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program was originally developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD. It is an 8-week, evidence-based, highly experiential course that is currently offered in many hospitals, universities, and clinical settings in the United States and around the world.

The MBSR program is proven to be effective in helping to treat conditions such as Anxiety, Fatigue, Chronic Pain, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Fibromyalgia, and Sleep problems.

The 8-week program offers participants the opportunity to develop the capacity to cultivate a different relationship to stress and negative emotions. MBSR is highly respected within the medical community.

The 8- week MBSR program takes place once a week(2 hours)

We offer the program in group and private settings.
