Mindfulness Beginner's Mind

If you’re feeling burnt out, stressed and unhappy, the Mindfulness for beginners program is an ideal starting point.

This program has been designed to go ‘back to the basics’ from a non-judgmental viewpoint. With meditation as the core practice, this program will help you navigate intense emotions, cultivate a positive state of mind, and learn how to enjoy life in the present moment.

Program duration: 4 sessions, Once a week (2 hours) Ideal for: Stressed individuals who are new to the concept of Mindfulness


Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Long-term stress has proven to have a direct impact on our physical and mental health. Symptoms such as anger, anxiety, and insomnia can not only damage our well-being, but also our careers, social life and personal relationships.

During this program, we look at cultivating greater awareness of our mind-body unity. Through evidence-based Mindfulness techniques, we work on helping you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours from a new perspective, to ensure they don’t impact your emotional and physical health.
Program duration: 8 sessions, once a week (2 hour each)
Ideal for: Those dealing with anxiety, chronic pain, stress, fatigue, fibromyalgia.

Emotional and mental tension can add to physical pain. In MBCPM, we emphasize that awareness and thinking are very different capacities. Both, of course, are extremely potent and valuable, but from the perspective of mindfulness, it is awareness that is healing, rather than mere thinking. Mindfulness brings you into the present moment. Instead of ruminating, be present and see how you actually feel.
