Mindfulness Beginner's Mind

If you are new to Mindfulness , the best way to start your mindfulness journey is to sign up for our Mindfulness Beginner's Mind.

The 4 week program delivered by a certified teacher once a week (2 hours ). The course includes a workbook , audio practice and weekly follow up support via email. Additionally we offer an opportunity to attend three free follow up sessions after finishing the 4 week program. We offer this course in public and private setting.

MBSR; Mindfulness Base Stress Reduction

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program was originally developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in the late 1970s by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD. It is an eight-week, evidence-based, highly experiential course that is currently offered at more than 250 hospitals, universities, and clinical settings in the United States and around the world.

The original 8 week MBSR program takes place once a week (2 hours) . Learn how to take better care of yourself through interplay of mind & body.  Use your own inner resources for coping, growing and healing.

Included in this program is a workbook, audio practice and weekly follow up support via email. We offer this course in public and private setting.

Mindfulness At Work

We are working in an increasingly fast-paced and ever-changing world.  We are hounded with external pressures, overwhelmed with information overload, asked to deliver more with less, and work longer hours. The results we get are exhaustion, lack of focus, health problems, and eventually burnout. This leads to lower job satisfaction, and productivity.

Mindfulness helps you to have awareness of your destructive patterns, helping you recognize them before they run rampant. It’s a way of reprogramming your mind to think healthier, and be more resilient.

Youth Mindfulness

The world that we are living in is a turbulent place. Our children are absorbing constant information from social media every day, they face a great amount of emotional and academic challenges.

Decades of research shows that Mindfulness is one of the most effective methods for enhancing wellbeing. It enhances the ability to regulate children’s emotions and improve concentration. Let your children be more joyful, more empathic and more resilient by practicing Mindfulness. This program is a combination of movement, fun games and meditation practice.

Mindfulness for Chronic Pain

Emotional and mental tension can add to physical pain. In MBCPM, we emphasize that awareness and thinking are very different capacities. Both, of course, are extremely potent and valuable, but from the perspective of mindfulness, it is awareness that is healing, rather than mere thinking. Mindfulness brings you into the present moment. Instead of ruminating be present and see how you actually feel.
