During this program we look at cultivating greater awareness of our mind-body unity. Through evidence-based Mindfulness techniques we work on helping you understanding your thoughts, feelings and behaviors from a new perspective, to ensure they don’t impact your emotional and physical health.
The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is an 8-week, evidence-based, highly experiential course that is currently offered at more than 800 hospitals, universities, and clinical settings in the United States and around the world.
Length: 8 sessions
Session Dates: 12/6, 19/6, 26/6, 3/7, 10/7, 17/7, 24/7, 31/7.
Intensity: 2 hours per week
Ideal for : Those who are dealing with anxiety, chronic pain, stress, fatigue, fibromyalgia, relationship difficulties, PTSD.
