Long term stress has proven to have a direct impact on our physical and mental health. Symptoms such as anger, anxiety, depression and insomnia can not only damage our wellbeing, but also our careers, social life and personal relationships.

During this program we look at cultivating greater awareness of our mind-body unity. Through evidence-based Mindfulness techniques we work on helping you understanding your thoughts, feelings and behaviors from a new perspective, to ensure they don’t impact your emotional and physical health.

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is an 8-week, evidence-based, highly experiential course that is currently offered at more than 800 hospitals, universities, and clinical settings in the United States and around the world.

Length: 8 sessions
Session Dates: 12/6, 19/6,  26/6, 3/7, 10/7, 17/7, 24/7, 31/7.
Intensity: 2 hours per week
Ideal for : Those who are dealing with anxiety, chronic pain, stress, fatigue, fibromyalgia, relationship difficulties, PTSD.

  • A participant may cancel the registration for a full refund any time up to 10 days before the program start date.
  • Cancellation less than 10 days before the program start date, an administration fee (AED 200) will be deducted
  • If you are unable to attend your session, please let us know 24 hours in advance. Session cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
